Another way to keep up - December 21, 2009

Hello and Season's Greetings to all. It has been quite a year. I am working on completing my next release: the "JazzLounge Project: featuring Julian Meyers. Stay tuned for this release in the early part of 2010. I will also begin recording my third album in the new year as well.
This will be my first all gospel album, and it will be called "For Such a Time as This". Stay tuned for more on that once the new year begins.
As we leave 09 and head in to 2010, be advised that you can all follow my music now on Facebook. I now have a fan group page on there called "The Music of Julian Meyers" You can join the group to be kept aware of new releases and concert dates. There is also a collection of photos as well as several videos of me playing so please come by, join the group and enjoy the world of my music..

Change Has Come - January 21, 2009

Happy New Year!!!

This is to announce the release of the new song Change Has Come. This is a collaborative effort by the new group JazzLounge featuring Julian Meyers. We are excited about the release. We have put this song together and are making it available for free, to commemorate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and to celebrate the accomplishments of President Barack H. Obama. Jazz Comes to Jersey City. - July 16, 2008

The Inevitable has happened. Julian will be bringing his brand of Jazz to Jersey City. Beginning Wednesday August 6th, Julian will be performing each Wednesday at Cesare's Cafe in Jersey City.

A New Sound... - March 3, 2008

Check out Julian on myspace to hear the new track Butterfly. This song, written by the "Urban Rocsta" Mark Shine is hot, and is whole new setting in which Julian's horn rings through with power.

Back In Action... - September 25, 2007

After being down all summer Julian is back on the scene and playing better than ever. Catch him Thursdays at NYC's Village Underground as a part of Mark Shine's Rocsta Society.

Tragedy Strikes - June 24, 2007

On Thursday, June 21st Julian was in a motorcycle accident. He is basically ok, but suffered three broken bones in his right foot. The July show at Mobay has been cancelled. Julian will be back.

Well Papered Brother - June 14, 2007

This summer Julian will earn his Master's Degree in Music Education. On to the doctorate.

A New Thing... - January 30, 2007

Julian can been seen live every Sunday night at the Queens spot
Illusions, with guitarist Al Cone's
"After Hours Band". Sundays at 7pm, no cover.
